BTC Black is a special dns blacklist that should be used to check if a bitcoin address has been abused.
You can use the service with a simple dns query or by using the official SpamAssassin plugin or HashBL plugin if you are using SpamAssassin 3.4.3 or 4.x.

If you want to report bitcoin address abuses, please refer to Bitcoin Who's Who, Bitcoin Abuse or Bitcoin Spam web sites.
